سياسة الاستبدال والإسترجاع
نشكر اختياركم امتنان لشراء منتجاتكم المفضلة ويسعدنا أن نقوم بخدمتكم.
في بعض الأحيان ربما يتغير رأيك في ما يتعلق بالمنتجات التي قمت بشرائها، لا عليك فنحن في امتنان سنبذل ما في وسعنا لتتم عملية الإسترجاع أو الإستبدال بمنتهى البساطة و السلاسة بقدر الإمكان.
لقد قمنا بتسهيل عملية الإسترجاع أو الإستبدال من أجلكم وذلك من خلال الإجراءات التالية:

•  Returns are made within a period not exceeding 30 days from purchase.
• The product should be in its closed packaging and in the same original condition when purchased, and the product was saved in the correct way recorded on the package.
• To complete the return or exchange process, we need the invoice.
• The value paid for the product will be returned to the same method of payment after reviewing the returned product.
